We're seeking a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support our team.
Duties include taking notes during meetings, managing listings, coordinating maintenance, verifying insurance/maintaining policies and general office support.
Essential Skills:
Be able to use MS Word & Excel Work in a fast paced and always changing environment Be a team player and help out other departments when needed Property Management or similar skills preferred Multi-tasking and jumping in to help where needed Reliable and engaged Real Estate License not needed as this is an assistant position Job Type:
