- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information and assistance - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues - Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
