Summary:
This position is for flexible weekday hours, and most Saturdays 11-5?We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organized space.
Responsibilities:
A variety of general/typical small-business roles Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns Process customer sales Process shipping & returns Emails Inventory Management, restocking, etc.
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers? Basic computer skills? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
