Come join our team, valuing high-level and innovative instruction, support services, a welcoming environment, and helping to change the world one student at a time!This full-time, 12-months per year Senior Student Support Specialist position assists with the planning and implementation of a student support function in a center environment; assists students and the public to understand and complete matriculation, educa tional plan, graduation or transfer requirements, applications and/or forms; performs administrative support duties including maintaining records and databases; may handle escalated issues at a front counter or over the phone; and performs related duties as assigned.
