Individual must be available on Mondays 9a-12p, Tues-Thurs 9a-4p minimum.
The ideal candidate can multitask easily as they will be the front of the business.
Must be courteous, friendly, willing to build up practice, and able to communicate effectively with patients and not take things personally.
Ability to communicate warmth and clarity.
Must be a happy, clean, non-smoking, health-conscious person with spiritual leaning, open-minded, and non-fearing.
Must have computer experience in Excel Microsoft database and overall computer literacy.
Experience working in holistic clinic desired (2 years).
Job Responsibilities Greet patients Communicate with patients via phone and email Schedule and confirm appointments Enter patient information into database Input charges on QuickBooks Collect payments Keep stock of supplements
medical/office supplies and order from suppliers Organize office, supplements, and files Send out supplement orders to patients Take patient measurements for regulation thermography scan Prepare herbal and homeopathic remedies IF speaks Asian language is great since some projects are in Asia.
No benefits at this time, however as practice expands this may be a possibility in future.
